Your Responsibilities

• You develop and execute successful SEO strategies
• You conduct keyword research to guide content teams
• You review technical SEO issues and recommend solutions
• You optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
• You manage off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
• You collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
• You work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
• You keep up with SEO trends and integrated marketing trends
• You develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
• You collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
• You help edit, proofread, and improve copy
• You develop an editorial calendar and communicate it with the content team

Your Profile

• You have several years of work experience as an SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar, preferably with an international e-commerce company
• You are familiar with standard and current SEO practices
• You have some knowledge of HTML/CSS
• You have gained experience with SEO reporting
• You are familiar with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• You have excellent communication skills
• You have an analytical mindset with a good sense for numbers and figures
• You speak German and English well, French would be a bonus
